• Free return shipping is provided on all approved return requests.

Custom Product Considerations

Since many of our products are personalized or made-to-order, they cannot be restocked or resold, but don't worry, that doesn't affect your ability to receive a refund or replacement. We still stand behind every item we ship out. If something's off, you're protected by our guarantee.

What We Can't Refund

While we always aim to make things right, there are a few exceptions:

• Items damaged through misuse or neglect
